'Clay Days' are an event set up by Lizi at Craftastic. They are aimed at both children and adults as a way to introduce clay and pottery activities. A 'clay day' is an opportunity to have fun with clay, learn the basics of a new skill and make something to be proud of!

Clay days will be held at the Craftastic workshop on a Saturday or during the school holidays. It will be a drop in event but there will be a small charge. Each person will have a piece of clay and they can follow my instructions to make a choice of items on display or let their imagination run riot and make their own creation! There are no limits apart from the amount of clay you have. There may also be an opportunity to have a go at throwing a pot on the potters wheel!

You can stay 10 minutes or 2 hours! Its up to you.

When you have finished creating, you can choose one piece to fire. This piece will be glazed for you and available to pick up at a later date. The rest of the items you can take home and paint at your leisure!
